| I read the first of this series of three books and found it slow and mediocre. I saw the first movie in this series of three with hopes that the film would be more exciting. I was disappointed.
Then, reluctantly, I agreed to see the second film – without benefit of reading the book. What a difference! This film is far superior in pace and storyline to the first. I now am looking forward to the third (and final) in the series.
| This is the second movie in the trilogy of the “Dragon Tattoo” series and it is better than the first! What a job they have done getting this second book to the screen. Of course it can’t cover everything but even if you haven’t seen the first movie and haven’t read any of the books, it is worth seeing. It is once again subtitled, and all of the stars from the first are back, keeping the viewer on the edge of their seats. If you have to, wait for the DVD; but if you can find it in your neighborhood “art house” theater, see it now. You’ll love it.
