| I liked it. Indeed, the theater where I watched the film was full to the brim-with urban movie goers- and it exploded with laughter every few minutes! Never have I heard such unanimous enthusiasm .
More importantly, Carol laughed out loud along with me and the rest of the crowd!
That is the ultimate confirmation that this film has universal appeal.
| This is just about the most fun I’ve had in the movie theater in years. Adam Sandler teamed up with Fred Wolf to write a truly funny movie. And it’s not gross or inappropriate and there is virtually no “cussing” going on. Take the entire family and just enjoy the antics of Sandler, Chris Rock, Kevin James, Rob Schneider and David Spade, long time friends that meet up many years after high school bringing their families along with them. Family values and a good story combine to make this a really good summertime experience. Sometimes I have a difficult time figuring out how the “powers that be” come up with the ratings they do. In this case, some minor rear nudity (added to the fun) and some really minor language issues may have added the “13” but it is just too much fun to miss.
