| This is a old, often-told tale about a neighborhood gone bad, the police uninterested in helping and the residents taking “control” themselves. Nothing new here with lots of violence, no real surprises and pedestrian acting even by Michael Caine. Is it time for this tired actor to retire? Screened at the Sarasota Film Festival.
