| A very funny romantic comedy. It’s been awhile since we’ve seen Sandra Bullock in a comedy. Her performance here, with Ryan Reynolds, makes for a strong return to this genre. They work wonders together, playing off of each other with perfect timing.
| In a word: Fun! Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds are laugh out loud funny. It is so good that it is almost impossible to figure out just who is supposed to be the “straight-man”. Yes, you could categorize this as a chick-flick but it is so well done that even the manliest man is likely to enjoy this. Take him; you’ll have a lively discussion on the walk home.
