| A rather obvious copy of Forest Gump – down to the New Orleans’ accent of Brad Pitt. Whatever creativity that was inherent in the original short story was lost by failing to steer clear of similarities to Tom Hanks’ portrayal of Gump.
| This is an odd but inventive tale about a baby who is born “an old man” and proceeds through life getting younger. Brad Pitt is Benjamin in just about all stages of his progress and he is amazing in the roles. Cate Blanchette is the love interest and watch her face as she matures at the same rate as Benjamin gets younger. A wonderful love story that will probably bring tears to your eyes.
