| An engaging and cute film that, once released in the US, may well become another Christmas classic.

| This could most assuredly become a new Christmas classic. It is the story of how “St. Nicholas” came to be, sort of a prequel to the legend. The story was in the “head” of director Juha Wuolijoki for years and he finally decided to put it into a film but first there was a book developed and then onto the movie. Apparently this little gem was the highest grossing film in all of Finland for 2007; so we can only hope that it will be picked up by a studio for release in the US sometime in the future.
