| Another in what apparently will become a long list of Iraq war films. This recounts in the style of a documentary a November 2005 incident, the aftermath of which resulted in a murder charge being filed against the US Marines involved. Whatever your feelings about the continuing war, this film provides exceptional incite into the various interests at stake; and the complexities at play.

| Director Nick Broomfield known for his work in Documentaries has here told the story of the massacre that occurred in Haditha, Iraq. You should know that the story is being performed by professional actors but the events are true. We see the roadside bombing that occurred from all points of view, the Marines, an Iraqi family and the insurgents. It is all too real and Broomfield has done an outstanding job bringing this story to the screen. It is a very difficult film to watch so be prepared to feel despair and outrage. It will more than likely put the war in Iraq into more perspective for you.
