| A heist movie that, while complex, moves fast enough to keep the viewer engaged. Jason Statham shows another dimension of his “action movie” (Transporter) persona by providing a strong character to guide us through the maze of bad guys and “spooks”. If you liked Ocean’s 11, you’ll like this. Though the actors and cinematography isn’t as pretty as Ocean’s 12 and Ocean’s 13, this film is much, much better.
| Who are the “good guys”? Who are the “bad guys”? This movie moves so fast it is very important to pay attention from the beginning. But if you do you are in for a real treat. Supposedly based on a true event (a bank robbery), you’ll find yourself caught up in the intelligence of the lead characters and the stupidity of some of the lesser blokes involved. If you have trouble with the British accent you should wait to see this on your “little” screen so you can re-wind and catch what you miss in dialogue. Otherwise don’t miss it.
